RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do NOT accept returns on our products and services; however please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or issues. Depending on the product or service, it may take up to 10 business days for your order to be fulfilled. we also do not accept returns on sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt of purchase and must take photos of the item and packaging to be eligible for a return.

To start a return, you must contact us first. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We DO NOT accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure your satisfaction is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
